Casaya Knowledge Hub

Organize sources, define authority, and surface evidence with context about conflicts and approval requirements.

Company ruleAn approved policy outranks a one-off exception.

Your choice of AI

Deliver context through MCP to compatible AI tools, or through an API to your own applications.

ClaudeChatGPTOpen-model agents

Planned connection model. Each pilot confirms the supported AI client, plan, permissions, and source integrations.

The context behind a better answer.

A decision is more useful when your AI can see what supports it, what conflicts, and who needs to approve.

Interactive concept · Fictional examples

Explore the evidence Casaya would provide to an AI client. Select a source to inspect the supporting passage.

No live query or connected customer data.

“Can we include custom onboarding?”

Available with approval.

The current policy treats custom onboarding as a separate services package. A previous customer received an exception; that does not make it standard.

Review note

A past exception conflicts with the standard offer.

Approval owner: Services owner

Your AI can draft an answer with the approval requirement intact.

Built around the founder bottleneck

Start where the questions keep coming back.

Knowledge Hub focuses first on product, pricing, and customer commitments. A practical starting point before you have a dedicated enablement team.

Keep founder judgment in the loop.

Capture why an exception was approved and where it applies. Help the next person distinguish a customer-specific decision from a rule for everyone.

Give every AI the same starting point.

Manage the approved knowledge centrally as your team adopts different assistants. The context stays with your company when your choice of AI changes.

When is Casaya the right fit?

When uploading files into individual AI chats starts creating repeated work, conflicting answers, and another question for the founder. If a small set of documents in one assistant already works, keep it simple.

Make the evidence inspectable.

The pilot is designed to test these requirements against your real questions and approval rules.

A few practical questions.

Is Knowledge Hub available today?

We are recruiting founding design partners for the product described here. The examples on this page illustrate the intended experience. We agree the available features, sources, AI client, and implementation plan before a pilot begins.

How do we use our existing AI subscription?

Your team uses a compatible AI application to request company context from Casaya through MCP, a standard for connecting AI tools to external services. Your provider still handles the conversation and generation. Client support, subscription plan, and workspace approval requirements are confirmed during pilot scoping.

Does this work with open models?

The design is independent of the model provider. An open model needs an application or agent that can call MCP tools or an API. Bare model weights cannot connect on their own. We validate the complete client setup with you rather than promising universal compatibility.

What does Casaya manage?

The planned SaaS workspace brings together ingestion, indexing, source owners, review rules, retrieval, and supporting evidence. Your AI writes the response using that context. Casaya can control the evidence it returns; the final answer still depends on the AI client and needs end-to-end evaluation.

What does the pilot cost?

We scope the setup and recurring platform fee around your sources, usage, and review needs before you commit. Your existing AI subscription or API bill remains separate. Casaya's processing, storage, and retrieval costs are part of the platform scope.

What happens to our company data?

Before connecting data, we agree which sources and people are in scope, how access is enforced, and the applicable hosting, AI-provider, retention, and deletion arrangements. The initial pilot uses a deliberately limited source set. We do not ask you to connect every company channel to evaluate the fit.
